Transfer from Exchange

Overview

Requirements

• A Coinbase account
• USDC balance in your Coinbase account
• Be logged into Coinbase in your browser

How It Works

1. Click the + DEPOSIT button in the header
2. Select “Transfer from an exchange”
3. If you’re logged into Coinbase, it will automatically open
4. Confirm the transfer amount and destination
5. Approve the transaction in Coinbase
6. USDC arrives in your SportToken wallet within minutes

Fees

• Coinbase transfer fee: ~$0.10 -$1.00 (Polygon network fee)
• Much lower than credit card fees (typically under 0.5%)

Limits

• Verify your Coinbase account for higher limits
• Daily/weekly limits depend on your Coinbase verification level

Processing Time

1. Coinbase processes the withdrawal (30 seconds - 2 minutes)
2. Polygon network confirms the transaction (1-3 minutes)
3. Funds appear in your SportToken wallet automatically

Buying USDC on Coinbase

1. Log into your Coinbase account
2. Click “Trade” → “Buy”
3. Select USDC (USD Coin)
4. Enter amount and complete purchase
5. Wait for the purchase to settle (instant for many users)
6. Then use “Transfer from exchange” on SportToken

Troubleshooting

• Make sure you’re logged into Coinbase
• Try opening Coinbase.com in another tab first
• Check that pop-ups aren’t blocked for SportToken

• Check the transaction status on Coinbase
• Polygon transactions typically confirm in 1-3 minutes
• Contact support if funds don’t arrive within 15 minutes

• Make sure you’re sending USDC on Polygon Network, not Ethereum mainnet
• Coinbase should automatically use Polygon for lower fees
